The Role
Puma Energy Pakistan is hiring an NFR (Non-Fuel Retail) Lead in Karachi to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen its non-fuel retail business.
•Identify new Non-Fuel Retail opportunities to drive revenue and customer footfall •Develop business proposals, feasibility analyses and strategic partnerships •Manage NFR projects, contracts and partnerships from planning to implementation •Monitor sales, profitability, partner performance and site standards •Drive NFR expansion, promotions, branding, new facilities and timely fee recovery •Coordinate EV charger marketing with partners at selected retail outlets •Manage partnerships with banks for branchless banking services

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Marketing
- Masters: Marketing
Minimum 4-5 years in Non-Fuel Retail within an Oil Marketing Company, FMCG Sales or Marketing
Non-Fuel Retail, Business Development, Partnership Management, Feasibility Analysis
