The Role

The Assistant Manager (Volunteer Management) leads national-level volunteer and internship programmes at the Alkhidmat Foundation head office in Lahore. The position is on contract basis.

•Lead the planning and execution of national-level volunteer and internship programs •Oversee university outreach, student engagement and volunteer mobilization initiatives •Develop and manage awareness sessions, events and volunteer engagement activities •Coordinate with universities, institutions, partners and key stakeholders •Monitor volunteer programs, participation, performance and overall departmental activities •Prepare program reports, documentation and performance updates for management
