The Role

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for an Assistant Manager- Product Design in Karachi to own the end-to-end design of customer journeys across the Bank's retail and business digital platforms, combining product thinking with UI/ UX expertise.

•Own the end-to-end design of assigned product journeys, from research and problem definition to handover, QA and post-launch enhancements •Design key customer journeys including onboarding, payments, transfers and savings, considering edge cases and user flows •Create high-quality user interfaces with strong visual hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing and design consistency •Build, maintain and enhance design system components and documentation •Develop UX copy, icons, illustrations and visual assets to support customer journeys •Conduct usability testing, pilot programs and research to validate design decisions and improve customer experiences •Utilize AI-powered tools to support research, ideation and prototyping while maintaining ownership of design quality •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations teams throughout implementation and release cycles •Coordinate UAT activities and perform design QA to ensure final implementations align with approved designs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements

Required Education Level/ Field of Study

Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science

Required Experience

2-3 years in Product Design; experience designing both customer journeys and high-fidelity user interfaces; experience contributing to or building design systems and conducting usability testing Preferred: Product design experience within fintech, digital banking or technology environments
