The Role
Stylo is hiring an AI Trainer to design and deliver practical AI learning programs that enable employees to effectively and responsibly use AI tools and technologies at work.
•Design and develop structured training programs, learning materials and resources on AI technologies •Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, demonstrations and webinars •Develop function-specific AI learning programs based on business requirements •Facilitate hands-on learning on Generative AI, AI productivity tools, prompt engineering and automation •Assess participants' learning needs, knowledge gaps and proficiency levels •Provide coaching and one-on-one support to employees •Monitor AI trends, tools and emerging technologies and update learning content •Track training participation, completion, feedback and adoption metrics

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science
2-4 years of relevant experience in AI, technology training, learning & development or a related role
Generative AI & LLMs, Prompt engineering, Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Presentation & facilitation, AI workflow automation
