The Role

Alkhidmat Foundation's Bano Qabil Institute in Lahore is hiring a Trainer Digital Marketing (contract) to deliver practical digital marketing and e-commerce training and mentor students on freelancing.

•Deliver practical training in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email marketing and analytics •Conduct live/ simulated campaigns and e-commerce marketing using platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Amazon and AI-powered tools •Prepare and deliver hands-on sessions, learning materials, assignments, quizzes and practical assessments aligned with Bano Qabil curriculum and competency standards •Guide students in developing professional portfolios, real-world projects, capstone and industry-relevant campaigns •Mentor students on freelancing, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, client communication, proposals, pricing and remote work •Monitor student attendance, performance, competency progress and LMS records and support curriculum improvement
