The Role

Alkhidmat Foundation's Bano Qabil Institute in Lahore is hiring a Center Coordinator to manage daily centre operations, academic schedules and student support.

•Manage daily centre operations, academic schedules, trainer attendance, punctuality and session delivery •Coordinate student admissions, registration, orientation, records and data management •Monitor student attendance, provide student support and follow up with at-risk students •Maintain student discipline, welfare, safeguarding and a positive learning environment •Support soft-skills sessions, Boot Camps, student projects, innovation activities, career initiatives and industry linkages •Coordinate assessment trade tests and third-party assessments •Maintain compliance records, resolve routine issues, escalate significant matters and prepare weekly centre reports
