The Role

ITA is hiring an ECCE Facilitator for Malir and Keamari, Karachi, to support Early Childhood Care and Education activities in schools and communities, with regular travel to assigned schools.

•Facilitate ECCE-related learning and development activities in assigned schools •Support teachers in implementing play-based and child-centred teaching and learning practices •Conduct classroom and field-based activities appropriate for young children •Assist in delivering teacher orientations, demonstrations and practical learning sessions •Provide regular support and feedback to teachers during classroom implementation •Conduct school visits and monitor the implementation of ECCE activities •Engage with school leadership and relevant stakeholders to support programme implementation •Maintain records of activities, attendance, field visits and other required documentation •Prepare regular field updates and reports •Identify challenges at school/ community level and communicate them to the project team •Support the organisation of ECCE trainings, workshops, meetings and other programme activities •Promote safe, inclusive and supportive learning environments for young children •Undertake other ECCE-related tasks assigned by the project team
