The Role
Domino's Pakistan is hiring a District Manager in Karachi to lead multiple stores and drive operational performance, sales and people development across the assigned stores.
•Lead, coach and develop Restaurant General Managers to deliver strong operational performance across multiple stores •Drive sales, profitability, customer experience and people performance across the assigned stores •Conduct regular store visits, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans •Ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety and company policies •Monitor financial and operational KPIs to improve productivity and business results •Partner with HR and Training to build talent pipelines, strengthen retention and develop future leaders •Support new store openings, marketing campaigns and operational initiatives •Ensure accurate reporting, administrative compliance and effective cross-functional collaboration

5- 8 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Hospitality
5-8 years of experience in QSR, retail or multi-unit operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role
Multi-unit Operations, Team Leadership, Restaurant Operations, Financial Management, KPI Management
•Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
