The Role
Strengthens the quality and technical excellence of TCF's Primary English curriculum through curriculum design, technical review, research and evidence-informed improvement, working closely with the Manager- English Design.
•Contribute to curriculum architecture, design and continuous improvement of Primary English curriculum components •Design assigned curriculum products using implementation feedback and review findings •Lead technical review of teaching and learning materials for coherence, progression and alignment with curriculum expectations •Contribute to the design and review of teaching and learning materials, teacher guides and learner resources •Explore digital learning resources to strengthen classroom delivery •Lead and contribute to curriculum research, benchmarking and evidence synthesis •Collaborate with Schools Learning & Development, Assessment & Evaluation, Secondary Schooling, Technology for Education and other teams •Strengthen team capability through technical guidance, collaborative review and knowledge sharing

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
•4+ years in curriculum design, curriculum review, quality assurance, instructional design and/ or English language teaching across the pre-primary and primary years
