The Role
Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited is seeking a full-time Investment Analyst in Karachi to support the evaluation, structuring and execution of REIT transactions. The role offers exposure across financial modelling, deal execution and real estate investment analysis.
•Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis) for REIT investments •Conduct feasibility studies, valuations and market research •Support transaction execution end to end, coordinating with legal advisors, consultants and regulators •Prepare information memoranda, pitch decks and investor presentations •Track market trends, regulatory developments and REIT compliance requirements •Monitor asset performance against underwriting assumptions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Accounting
1-3 years experience in project finance/ investment banking
Financial Modelling, Analytical Skills, Investment Analysis, Real Estate and REIT Structures, Attention to Detail, Communication
•CFA charterholders or candidates preferred
