The Role

Damen Support Programme invites applications for General Manager/ HOD Product Development & Communication at its head office in Lahore, leading the department.

•Develop and implement microfinance product strategies aligned with DSP's business objectives •Design and improve microcredit products, loan terms, pricing, and repayment structures •Lead market research, innovation and competitor analysis to identify innovative product development opportunities •Monitor digital lending initiatives and lead communication strategy to the organization •Drive digital lending initiatives and lead organizational communication to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption •Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, internal policies, and responsible lending practices •Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other departments to strengthen product delivery •Develop strategic partnerships to support product innovation and expansion •Lead the Product Development team and present performance reports and recommendations to senior management •Conduct periodic product reviews to ensure market relevance and meet the financial needs of underserved communities, particularly women entrepreneurs

Masters: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Development Studies

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience leading product development and innovation within a financial institution, including a proven track record in designing and launching microcredit products
