The Role

KDSP (A Down Syndrome Organisation), Karachi Chapter, is hiring an Associate Early Childhood Intervention and Healthcare.

•Answer and respond to parent queries from the departmental helpline •Maintain records of client concerns and queries, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up •Compassionately counsel and resolve beneficiary grievances •Entertain scheduling requests from parents and therapists •Prepare weekly and monthly monitoring reports for Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation •Coordinate scheduling and organization of ECI and healthcare activities involving enrolled and waitlisted clients and families •Take healthcare referral requests from parents and schedule clinic appointments •Entertain and schedule appointments for one-time calls, assessments for home plans and parent meetings with Heads of Departments •Create and manage client database with timely updates on enrollments, withdrawals and discharge •Maintain records of all cancellations and no-shows on KDSP software •Interdepartmental coordination to pass on or receive relevant referrals and records •Liaise with relevant departments to address concerns and needs of parents and caregivers •Any other tasks as assigned by management
