The Role

Peridot Products (Pvt.) Limited (Kiwi, Glint, Black Cat, Inse Guard) is urgently hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Sindh.

•Achieve the revenue and coverage objectives set by the company management •Ensure implementation of the organization's Standard Operating Procedures and systems at all levels of the reporting hierarchy •Closely manage the sales team in the assigned territory to ensure all team members achieve their targets/ KPIs •Ensure proper execution of approved marketing and sales promotion initiatives/ activities to achieve committed objectives/ KPIs •Ensure sales data is accurately and timely reported as per Head Office requirements •Manage and monitor the sales team at distribution for implementation of company KPIs •Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase efficiency of the distribution sales team in the area •Ensure profitable sales growth in all channels with special focus on GT (Retail) and LMT segments •Develop all channels in the assigned area, especially Retail and LMT •Ensure a healthy channel mix in executed secondary sales in the assigned area of responsibility •Ensure the company's assigned targets/ SOPs/ KPIs are achieved/ followed by the distributor with sales management arrangement
