The Role
Shaheen Airport Services (SAPS) is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for Sentech MRO in Karachi to lead its ANO-145 certification with PCAA.
•Lead and coordinate the ANO-145 certification process with PCAA •Establish and maintain the Quality/ Compliance Monitoring System •Develop, review and maintain the MOE and quality procedures •Plan and conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions •Prepare for and coordinate PCAA audits/ inspections and findings closure •Monitor personnel competence, training and compliance with approved procedures •Report quality/ compliance matters to senior management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance
- Diploma: Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance
5+ years relevant aviation/ maintenance/ quality experience Preferred: Previous PCAA/ ANO-145 experience is preferred but not essential; candidates with strong aviation maintenance/ quality experience and the ability to develop ANO-145 compliance capability are encouraged to apply
