The Role
FF Steel is hiring an Import Executive Post-Shipment at DHA Phase 8, Lahore to manage end-to-end import operations and documentation.
•Manage end-to-end import operations from order placement to delivery •Prepare and verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL/ AWB, certificates and customs documents) •Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks and shipping lines •Handle import LC, TT and banking documentation •Coordinate customs clearance and ensure timely delivery •Maintain accurate import records, shipment schedules and documents •Monitor freight, customs duties, taxes and other import-related costs •Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures •Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Warehouse and technical teams •Prepare regular reports on shipment status and import costs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance
1 to 3 years of relevant experience; experience with freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks and international suppliers Preferred: Experience in engineering, industrial, electrical/ electronics, automation or trading companies
Import Documentation, LC/ TT, Customs Clearance, Logistics, SAP Business One, MS Excel, Communication, Negotiation
