The Role
Children of Adam seeks a senior management Manager Human Resources in Karachi, reporting functionally to the CEO and administratively to the General Manager (South).
•Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee relations processes •Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures •Oversee performance management, attendance monitoring and payroll coordination •Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Pakistan's labour regulations •Support staff training, learning and professional development initiatives •Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture •Foster an inclusive, respectful and high-performing work environment

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience Preferred: Healthcare or nonprofit sector
