The Role
EPRF is hiring a Civil Engineer in Karachi for project planning, design, site supervision and cost estimation.
•Project planning and design: prepare and review structural designs, layouts, blueprints and feasibility studies using tools like AutoCAD or Civil 3D •Site supervision: monitor daily site operations, verify work accuracy against approved drawings and resolve on-site engineering challenges •Cost estimation and budgeting: prepare quantity takeoffs, rate analyses, bills of quantities (BOQ) and monitor project expenditures •Safety and compliance: enforce health and safety protocols (PPE compliance) and adhere to local building codes, legal regulations and environmental constraints •Stakeholder coordination: collaborate with cross-functional teams including the project manager, mechanical engineers and contractors

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in civil design and construction site management Preferred: Experience in the oil and gas sector
