The Role
Aisha Steel Mills Limited (Arif Habib Group) is hiring a Manager Exports for its Exports Department at the Karachi Head Office.
•Manage confirmed export orders from contract finalization through shipment and delivery •Coordinate with production, procurement, QA, finance and logistics teams for timely execution •Plan shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and clearing agents •Prepare and verify export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and bills of lading •Maintain order trackers and keep customers updated on order and shipment status •Assist in preparing quotations, sales confirmations and contract amendments •Monitor freight costs and payment milestones; escalate delays and execution risks •Prepare regular management reports on order execution and delivery performance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Business Administration, Marketing
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Marketing
14 years (Master's) or 16 years (Bachelor's) of experience in export operations, shipping or international trade Preferred: Experience in steel
