The Role
Master Group of Industries is hiring an Accounts Officer in Karachi to record, monitor and reconcile daily collection transactions, including DDS and online collections, and support internal controls, accounts receivable and month-end closing.
•Record and maintain daily collection transactions accurately and within defined timelines •Reconcile daily collections with respective invoices, customer accounts, and collection reports •Monitor and reconcile DDS transactions and ensure proper accounting and record maintenance •Monitor and reconcile online collection transactions received through designated channels •Verify collection details against supporting documents and system records •Ensure proper filing and retention of collection-related supporting documents •Assist in maintaining appropriate internal controls over collection transactions •Support month-end closing activities related to collections and receivables

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
3-4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in collections, accounts receivable, and reconciliation Preferred: Experience working with ERP/ accounting systems and MS Excel
