The Role

The Investment Banking team at Bank AL Habib Limited has openings for two Senior Manager level positions, based in Karachi (no relocation allowance).

•Financial analysis and modeling: prepare financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, etc.), conduct valuations (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.) and perform financial statement analysis •M&A advisory: execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate restructuring transactions, including industry research, presentations and due diligence support •Capital markets: raise equity, debt and hybrid capital for clients through public offerings, private placements and other capital-raising transactions; prepare offering documents, pitch books and other client deliverables •Client interaction: lead client meetings, prepare materials and presentations and create bankable solutions for execution of investment banking mandates •Industry research: conduct market research, competitor analysis and economic analysis to support deal sourcing and execution; track industry trends and assess market conditions •Deal execution support: execute project timelines, coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of transactions •Documentation and reporting: prepare reports, presentations and memoranda for internal and client-facing use; ensure deal-related documentation is accurate and organized •Risk management: identify and assess potential risks associated with transactions, ensuring due diligence and compliance procedures are met
