The Role
Ayub Medical College/ MTI Abbottabad requires an Assistant Manager Security (IPS-05) on an initial 3-year contract, extendable subject to Board of Governors approval; open to retired armed forces/ police officers and civilians.
•Manage hospital security and evaluate potential risks •Take precautionary measures on a timely basis •Develop and implement policies, procedures and SOPs to realize the overall security management plan of the institution

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
•Armed forces/ police: retired officer of at least the rank of Major or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Security Incharge in a leading institution/ organization •Civilian: minimum 5 years experience as Security Supervisor/ Incharge in a reputable institution/ organization
