The Role
Pfizer Pakistan requires a Senior Health Representative in its Antimicrobial Stewardship division in Karachi, reporting to the Health Rep Manager, to plan and implement marketing and sales strategies for the assigned brand portfolio and detail products to HCPs.
•Achieve business/ revenue targets of the assigned product portfolio •Make professional in-chamber presentations/ detailing to targeted doctors of the assigned territory •Plan and conduct customer engagement activities •Maintain adequate knowledge of products and competition to communicate product benefits to customers •Update doctors/ chemists contact records and maintain call records through the Veeva system •Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow them to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs •Gather market insights in the assigned area and provide feedback for marketing strategies •Ensure all activities follow company policies, SOPs, Pfizer values and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA)

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Science
- Professional Bachelor: Pharmacy (Pharm-D)
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales Preferred: Experience of relevant specialty promotion
Communication, Pharmacology, Pathology, Physiology, Presentation Skills, MS Office, Analytical Skills
•Ready to travel frequently as per business need •Willingness to relocate as per business need
