The Role
Unilever Pakistan requires a JM Operations for Home Care at the Unilever CM Factory, Karachi, on contract, reporting to the Works Manager- Home Care, to lead supply chain operations improvement projects.
•Develop and implement SOPs in factory functions for improved efficiency and governance •Explore low-cost automation projects for manufacturing operations •Identify opportunities for improvement in utilities consumed in the factory •Refine the category manufacturing strategy across the end-to-end Home Care supply chain •Develop a real-time monitoring and intimation system for manufacturing KPIs •Develop alternate sources of fuel for cost optimization
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Engineering
Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment
Process Equipment, Business Acumen, Communication, Interpersonal Skills
