The Role
Pakistan Tobacco Company is hiring a Maintenance Lead (permanent, operations) at its Jhelum factory for filter/ maker machinery maintenance and continuous improvement.
•Filter/ maker machinery defect handling, CL/ CIL/ OPL development, breakdown elimination and continuous improvement •Component inspection regimes to sustain equipment in base condition •Cell DDS action planning and execution in close liaison with equipment owners and senior Equipment Operators •90 DAP for maker/ filter making technologies to achieve targets of OEE/ MTBF/ wastages •Brand changeovers, cold startups and format changeovers •Coordinate and complete machinery maintenance, including breakdown and preventive maintenance •Prepare and monitor revenue budgets, ensuring targets are met •Plan and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other departments •Ensure execution of maintenance activities to achieve production and quality targets

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor 16 Years: Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance role; experience in cigarette manufacturing technologies (Protos 90ER, 100, KDF 02, ER, HCF, Uniflow & Filtromat); hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance
SAP PM, Preventive Maintenance, Problem Solving, Communication, Microsoft Excel
