The Role
Fly Jinnah is hiring a Ticketing Agent in Karachi to promote and execute day-to-day sales and customer services of the sales shop and handle customers' inquiries and complaints.
•Promote sales and customer activities including tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance and car rental as per guidance and policies •Process reservations, travel bookings and modifications for walk-in/ calling customers and agents, issue tickets and finalize travel arrangements •Implement cross-selling techniques to promote products and services and achieve individual targets •Follow up on updates and new products or systems to maintain solid knowledge of the company's services and products •Maximize sales by selling ancillaries, insurance, holiday packages, visas and air rewards; educate customers on promotions and offers •Establish contact with current and potential customers; participate in outdoor promotions and sales blitz •Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints raised by visits, calls and emails •Notify customers of flight changes such as delays and cancellations •Process and monitor visa applications and cancellations through the proper channel

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years: Travel and Tourism, Management
•1+ years of counter ticketing sales experience in a customer service industry Preferred: •Experience preferably in Travel/ Airline or tourism •Additional qualification in Aviation/ IATA/ Tourism is a plus
