The Role
Deal Specialist role in EY's MENA Pursuits Excellence team (Markets Enablement), based in Pakistan, Jordan or Lebanon, driving pursuit planning, coordination and execution for strategic, high-value pursuits across the MENA region.
•Manage the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close •Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams and key milestones •Facilitate pursuit strategy discussions and help craft differentiated win themes •Develop client-facing content including proposals, executive summaries and presentations •Plan and support orals preparation and strategic messaging for client meetings •Build and manage pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams, trackers, calendars and status updates •Coordinate with creative services, insights professionals and other internal resources •Capture knowledge and lessons learned to enhance pursuit best practices •Apply and promote AI-enabled proposal development tools •Build strong relationships with Service Line, Account and Business Development leaders •Collaborate with the Deal Leader on internal updates, governance checkpoints and leadership engagement
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Preferred: •Experience in proposal writing and communications, preferably in a professional services environment •Familiarity with the MENA region's business culture and client expectations
