The Role
Proposal Design Specialist in EY's Clients & Industries (C&I) team (Markets Enablement), based in Pakistan, Jordan or Lebanon, creating visual concepts, proposal designs and presentations for strategic pursuits across the MENA region.
•Develop visually compelling proposals, presentations, executive summaries and client-facing materials aligned with EY brand standards •Create visual concepts, graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and layouts that communicate complex information •Participate in pursuit kick-off meetings, strategy sessions, proposal reviews and oral preparation workshops •Present design concepts and creative approaches to pursuit teams and stakeholders •Lead the visual storytelling approach for strategic pursuits •Support content development across proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos and interactive materials •Ensure consistency with EY's Visual Identity guidelines and global design standards •Contribute to design best practices, templates and reusable assets •Support training and knowledge sharing on proposal design and visual communication

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design
•Approximately 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, proposal design, communications, marketing, business development or a related discipline •Experience supporting business development activities, bids, proposals or client presentations Preferred: •Experience in professional services, consulting or multinational organizations •Exposure to multimedia content creation, video editing, animation or interactive presentations
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, Graphic Design
Preferred: Video Editing
