The Role
The Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health at Aga Khan University is hiring a Senior Research Assistant to work with the Research Specialist and Research Manager on a research project in Karachi. This is a grant funded contractual position.
•Individually conduct interviews and write up detailed notes on interviews and observation visits •Facilitate meetings among the research team and junior research staff •Visit households in the communities to ensure successful completion of data collection, including QC •Liaise with admin for logistic arrangements •Raise wider community awareness as per the project guidelines •Visit AKU Kharadar Secondary Care Hospital for data collection •Communicate with enrolled patients through digital communication channels to collect required information remotely •Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Intermediate/ Higher Secondary School Certificate/ A- Level: Any Discipline
- Diploma: Midwifery
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
Preferred: One year experience in relevant field

•Intermediate with Diploma (LHV, Midwife) in relevant field •Willing to work in communities •Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
