The Role

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is hiring a Senior Program Officer (Primary Care Program) for the Primary Care Program department at Community Health Directorate (CHD).

•Senior Program Officer will be responsible for working in coordination with the PCP program manager to ensure all program tasks are completed •Work with the Manager on the scale-up and expansion of PCP sites •Coordinate with field teams to ensure the day-to-day management of facilities •Assist in reports and forms making for PCP program •Prepare presentation Slides for managerial meetings •Work with operational, clinical, and program teams to implement SOPs at the facilities •Oversee adherence to tasks and objectives of the program •Support project implementation and monitoring •Travel to PCP sites for monitoring visits •Monitor all programmatic integrated data •Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor or as decided by management
