The Role
Manager Data Strategy for TCF's Pakistan Development (fundraising) team, Karachi, providing reliable data, donor insights, simpler processes and better tools, and linking Development with the Data Analytics, Salesforce, Digital Transformation and IT teams.
•Own Pakistan Development's data requirements, improve data quality and develop dashboards, reporting tools and donor insights •Extract and analyze data from Salesforce and other sources and translate it into actionable recommendations •Map key fundraising processes and redesign workflows to make them simpler and faster •Work with Salesforce and technical teams to improve how fundraising data is captured, stored and used •Identify manual work that can be automated and apply AI, workflow automation or other digital tools •Coordinate data, process and technology initiatives across teams •Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions through to closure

5- 7 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, business transformation, sales/ revenue operations or a related function
Advanced Excel, CRM Platforms, Power BI/ Tableau, Stakeholder Management
Preferred: Process Mapping, Salesforce, SQL
