The Role

Regular full-time (non-faculty professional staff) position as the senior operational lead of Habib University's Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Program Office, reporting to the Program Director, ECE, and keeping the program audit-ready against PEC accreditation criteria.

•Maintain the ECE evidence base against PEC accreditation criteria on a continuous basis, working to QEC standards and timelines •Own the course-file system, checked for completeness against the PEC schedule each term and archived for the accreditation cycle •Administer the outcome-based assessment cycle: collect CLO attainment data and compute PLO attainment for each graduating batch •Maintain the CLO-PLO, PLO-Graduate Attribute and WK1-WK8 knowledge profile mappings •Assemble the program's Self-Assessment Report and coordinate accreditation visit logistics •Maintain program records, files and version-controlled documentation •Coordinate adjunct scheduling, room and slot allocation and section planning •Coordinate program events, including the Final Year Project showcase, townhalls, Zero Week and convocation preparation •Supervise Program Coordinator(s) and academic and technical support staff •Prepare program budget inputs and track expenditure •Provide secretariat support to the Program Board of Studies and its committees •Track student progression, retention and graduation-on-track status and report to the Program Board of Studies •Administer the program's industrial engagement and build placement, sponsorship and site-visit relationships

Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
Masters: Engineering

Required Experience

At least five years of experience in the administration or coordination of a university program in engineering, science, or technology Preferred: Direct experience of a PEC accreditation or re-accreditation cycle (Self-Assessment Report preparation and on-site visit); committee secretariat work in an academic governance setting; industry liaison, internship placement or applied-learning coordination in an engineering context
