The Role

Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi is hiring a Deputy Manager in its Security department to assist the Senior Manager Security in overseeing all aspects of the department, developing security measures and ensuring implementation of policies, procedures and security checks.

•Assist Sr. Manager Security in overseeing all aspects of the Security Department, developing security measures, and ensuring implementation of relevant policies and procedures and security checks •Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points •Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and patients •Report incidents within the premises and take remedial measures as per institutional policies, in coordination with Sr. Manager Security, to prevent a recurrence •Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches and conflicts •Coordinate security operations with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies, as and when required •Plan and conduct training sessions for the security guards •Conduct internal investigations as and when necessary •Monitor attendance and duty rosters of security guards and ensure optimal shift coverage round the clock •Prepare and submit periodical reports to Sr. Manager Security •Assist in hiring, evaluating performance, and training of security personnel •Perform any other task as assigned by Sr. Manager Security
