The Role
Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited is hiring a Product Manager- Transaction Banking & EB in Karachi (full time/ permanent).
•Manage and enhance Cash Management and Employee Banking products •Drive product development, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives •Develop solutions across Collections, Payments, Payroll, and Corporate Digital Banking •Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from business requirements and UAT to successful launch •Identify market opportunities, improve customer experience, and strengthen product competitiveness •Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, legal, Shariah and Business teams for successful product implementation
