The Role
Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is hiring a Head of Deposits, Wealth & Segments for its Retail Banking department in Karachi. We are seeking an accomplished banking leader to drive the Bank’s Deposits, Wealth & Segments franchise.
•Define and execute the deposits, wealth, and segment strategy, annual business plan, operating model, and multi-year growth roadmap •Own deposit portfolio growth, portfolio mix, stability, and funding economics •Lead the design and lifecycle management of Shariah-compliant deposit products and propositions •Develop wealth and investment propositions, including Takaful, mutual funds, and investment products •Define and execute preferred segment strategies for freelancers, gig workers, women, youth, students, and other priority customer segments •Lead remittance and Non-Resident Pakistani (NRP) banking propositions and partnerships •Collaborate with Digital, Payments, Loyalty, CX, Technology, and Business Banking teams to optimize customer journeys and cross-franchise opportunities •Own budgets, forecasts, pricing recommendations, executive reporting, and performance dashboards •Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML/ CFT requirements, customer fairness standards, and Shariah governance

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Banking
- Masters: Business Administration (MBA)
•Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in retail banking, deposits, wealth management, customer segments, remittances or related financial services •At least 7 years in senior leadership roles with accountability for business strategy, deposit growth, budgets, products and teams
