The Role
Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is hiring an Assistant Manager Logistics for its Nationwide Outreach Camp programme, based in Rawalpindi, to run transport, fleet and medical equipment logistics for outreach camps.
•Convert camp schedules into operational transport plans covering routes, drivers, loading and field arrangements •Maintain fleet registers, track fuel/ mileage, perform pre-departure safety checks and schedule workshop repairs •Coordinate safe loading, transport and inventory tracking for mobile OT units, medical supplies and outreach assets •Supervise stock dispatches, receipts, reconciliations and periodic physical counts with store teams •Track camp-wise logistics expenses, manage vendor approvals and ensure strict compliance with internal controls

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management
•3+ years in fleet operations, logistics, field outreach or warehouse management
Microsoft Excel, Fleet Management, Procurement Controls
