The Role

Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) is hiring an Officer Industrial Relations in Tharparkar to oversee and manage Industrial Relations (IR) and labour affairs.

•Oversee and manage Industrial Relations and labour affairs, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies and the Code of Conduct •Coordinate with labour authorities and statutory institutions, including the Labour Department, SESSI, EOBI and WPPF •Manage employee grievances and resolve labour-related issues •Implement effective IR strategies to maintain harmonious relations among management, employees, contractors and drivers
