The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Digital Banking Officer- BI Development (OG-II/ OG-I) in the area of Digital Banking, based in Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head- BI Development. Employment is on contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.
•To develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations aligned with business objectives •To collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to integrate, transform, and enrich data for reporting and insights •To ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards •To support ad hoc reporting requests to provide timely business insights •To partner with business units, IT, and management to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions •To optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability •To stay updated on Power BI features and emerging analytics trends to drive innovation •To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering
- Masters: Computer Science
•Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking and/ or Financial Institution(s) and/ or Telecom and/ or Capital Markets and/ or Fintech and/ or Software House, out of which minimum 01 year of experience in Data Modeling and/ or BI Solution Delivery Preferred: •Candidates having experience of working on BI solutions, data modeling, exposure to report/ dashboard development and tools like, Power BI, Tableau, Erwin, or SQLDBM would be preferred
