The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Digital Banking Officer- Digital Strategy (OG-II/ OG-I) in the area of Digital Banking, based in Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head- DBG Strategy & Business Planning. Employment is on contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.
•To support the implementation of the Bank’s digital strategy, aligning data initiatives with broader business goals to enhance efficiency, compliance, and decision-making •To support KPI and OKR tracking to monitor progress of strategic initiatives against business goals •To support the development and implementation of data strategies that enhance accessibility, usability, and alignment with business goals •To collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, compliance) to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks •To assist in preparing business case inputs and supporting analysis for strategic and investment proposals •To prepare performance reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide actionable insights for management and track key initiatives •To coordinate strategic initiatives across teams, track milestones, and follow up on dependencies and action items •To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Masters: Business Administration
•Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking and/ or Financial Institution(s) and/ or Telecom and/ or Capital Markets and/ or Fintech and/ or Software House, out of which minimum 01 year of experience in Strategic Business Planning and/ or Digital Transformation Preferred: •Candidates having experience in developing and implementing digital initiatives, with working knowledge of digital transformation, analytics, and technology-driven business strategies would be preferred
