The Role
National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Digital Banking Officer- Strategy Design (OG-II/ OG-I) in the area of Digital Banking, based in Karachi, reporting to the Unit Head- Strategy Design. Employment is on contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.
•To assist in implementing data strategies aligned with the Bank’s business and digital transformation goals •To collaborate with business, IT, and analytics teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions that support strategic objectives •To support the development of enterprise capability roadmaps and target operating model design for strategic priorities •To assist in preparing business cases and investment proposals for strategic initiatives •To monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives in achieving business goals •To support the adoption of emerging data technologies to drive data-driven decision- making across the organization •To foster a data-driven culture through participation in workshops, committees, and cross- functional initiatives •To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Masters: Business Administration
•Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking and/ or Financial Institution(s) and/ or Telecom and/ or Capital Markets and/ or Fintech and/ or Software House, out of which minimum 01 year of experience in Digital Banking Strategy design and/ or development and/ or Business Planning and/ or related field Preferred: •Candidates having experience in supporting or developing strategic frameworks, including data-driven decision-making, business analysis, and digital transformation initiatives would be preferred
