The Role

National Bank of Pakistan is hiring a Processing Officer (OG-III/ OG-II) in the area of Logistics, Communications & Marketing, based in Karachi, reporting to the Department Head- Fleet Management. Employment is on contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.

•To assist in monitoring the repair and maintenance of Bank vehicles across all regions and liaise with Regional Office staff regarding vehicle maintenance and repair requirements •To ensure all vehicle repair and maintenance activities are recorded and updated in the Fleet Management System and maintain MIS of maintenance-related cases •To assist in vehicle maintenance expenditures and report significant variances to the Department Head, Travel and Fleet Management Wing •To disseminate e-Challans issued against Bank vehicles across all regions, maintain related MIS and ensure timely resolution of outstanding e-Challans •To process vehicle maintenance cases upon completion of all required formalities and forward the cases to FCG for payment processing •To process and coordinate payment of PSO fuel bills for Bank vehicles as per approved assignments •To process requests for opening new PSO accounts and issuance of PSO fuel cards, coordinate with PSO officials and maintain records •To perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s)
