The Role
Allied Engineering & Services (AESL), the Caterpillar dealer in Pakistan, is hiring a Manager- Sales (Energy Solutions) in Karachi to lead the complete sales cycle for its energy solutions business.
•Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads •Establish strong relationships with customers, consultants and business partners •Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop appropriate solutions •Manage quotations, tenders, RFQs and project follow-ups •Monitor market trends, competitors and sales pipeline •Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure •Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Electrical Engineering, Electronics
- Masters: MBA
•5-8 years in UPS, BESS, Power, Energy, Electrical or related industry
