The Role
Ideas (Pvt.) Limited is hiring an Audit Officer (permanent position, Support Functions) in Karachi to carry out stock verification, inventory audits and shrinkage control across stores and warehouses.
•Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records, highlighting and investigating variances •Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs including receiving, transfers, returns and stock handling procedures •Monitor inventory losses, identify potential risks (theft, errors, process gaps) and report findings •Prepare detailed audit reports, document discrepancies and recommend corrective actions •Liaise with store, warehouse and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely closure of audit observations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 14 Years
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Inventory Audit, Stock Reconciliation, Attention to Detail
Preferred: MS Excel, ERP Systems
•Extensive travel required for store audit visits
