The Role

Master Group of Industries is hiring a Senior Executive HSE for its Furniture Manufacturing Segment at S.I.T.E Area, Karachi, to support the development, implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety and Environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and deliver trainings.

•Maintain and enforce safety guidelines, procedures and company safety policies •Ensure a safe working environment across all departments and operations •Prepare and analyze Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) reports •Design and conduct HSE-related trainings and periodic fire drills •Ensure daily Toolbox Talks (TBTs) are conducted wherever necessary •Ensure all firefighting equipment remains in ready-to-use condition at all times •Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and legal safety standards •Apply the Hierarchy of Controls in hazard mitigation practices •Investigate HSE-related incidents and provide detailed reports with proactive recommendations •Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging safe work practices on site •Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to HSE activities •Participate in Risk and Environmental Health & Safety Assessments
