The Role
Tri-Pack Films Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive at Port Qasim, Karachi, reporting to the Sr. Manager Human Resources. This is a permanent role covering end-to-end recruitment, internship and Management Trainee programs.
•Coordinate recruitment for approved vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding •Build talent pipelines and relationships with universities and recruitment partners •Coordinate internship and Management Trainee programs •Track recruitment KPIs, hiring progress and time to fill •Support engagement surveys, culture programs and diversity initiatives •Maintain new-hire records in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ensure recruitment compliance •Support employer branding, HR communications, employment letters and exit interviews

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Management, Commerce
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred: SAP HCM, Database Management, MS Office, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving
