The Role

Urbansole is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join its team at the Head Office, DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

•Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions •Process and manage monthly expense adjustments •Generate and issue wholesale invoices accurately and on time •Prepare sales tax invoices and process credit notes •Calculate monthly sales incentives for the wholesale team •Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliations •Prepare and verify bank receipts and payment vouchers •Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records •Ensure accuracy of accounting records and support routine financial reporting •Perform other accounts-related tasks assigned by the department
