The Role
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for safe and reliable operation of stationary assets/ equipment in the assigned area, including preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution with minimum plant downtime.
•Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans and job planning with minimum downtime •Ensure compliance with corporate safety targets, including injury-free execution plans, closure of safety/ inspection recommendations and Job Safety Analysis •Carry out technical reviews of quotations/ proposals for warehouse or on-request items •Plan and execute turnarounds/ shutdowns, including scope identification, resource planning, material procurement, timeline and quality management •Manage people development through training

12+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Mechanical Engineering
•12+ years of relevant experience in petrochemical, oil & gas or fertilizer
Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, CMMS
Preferred: SAP
•Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical)
