The Role
DM Commercial at Engro Vopak Terminal, the central point of contact for customers on inventory, shipping, logistics and complaints, supporting the Manager Commercial in the LPG business and drafting and managing commercial contracts.
•Deal with customers on day-to-day inventory, shipping, logistics and complaint handling •Support the Manager Commercial in LPG business/ operational support and coordination •Internal and external reporting as per Vopak and Engro guidelines •Draft and manage commercial contracts •Supervise the CLS Coordinator on berth occupancy schedules, daily dispatches and inventory reports and reconciliation •Work on new opportunities with the Manager Commercial (EDC, MGPA, propane) •Conduct monthly customer coordination meetings and maintain the CRM system •Register customer complaints and ensure closure within 10 days •Plan and execute customer and service provider surveys and service improvement plans •Ensure efficient utilization of jetty and storage facilities and support berth planning •Ensure effective inventory management, periodic reconciliation and LPG shipment delivery reconciliation

- Bachelor 16 Years: Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Commerce
•Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
