The Role
Greenstar Social Marketing is hiring a Manager Product- Pharma at its Head Office in Karachi, responsible for the overall management of the assigned product portfolio.
•Responsible for the overall management of the assigned product portfolio •Develop plans for launching new products/ identify new business opportunities for the assigned products •Assist team lead in planning and development of marketing strategies for the existing and new products •Prepare annual budget for the products •Develop quarterly/ annually promotional plans and ensure implementation •Design and develop the product literature and promotional material •Conceptualize and materialize brand reminders/ giveaways for health care providers •Maintain strong coordination with the MIOs/ area managers for the execution of the product strategies •Monitor sales analysis and sales targets •Impart knowledge and training of and updates about products to the sales/ field force •Conduct field visits periodically and facilitate the field staff (MIOs) •Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) •Participate in conferences and seminars •Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of experience in Product Management
