The Role

Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all activities related to EFERT field warehouses, guiding the field team and supporting the Manager Warehousing with cost-effective business proposals.

•Ensure HSE compliance at all field warehouses and zero TRIR •Provide HSE orientation and training to reports/ WHIs and close safety observations on time •Devise monthly/ quarterly warehouse strategy and estimate field warehouse space needs as per demand and supply •Acquire/ de-hire warehouse space on competitive rates •Scrutinize and process lease agreements, handling contracts, rental payments and other warehousing expenses •Handle AFA/ TS requests from zones •Give supervisory support and guidance to ZDOs, DOs and WHIs •Prepare variable and fixed expense budgets for warehouses •Prepare monthly stewardship reports and BLI reporting and analysis •Review ERVs and approve exceptions (PERs/ ROSPs) •Compile and manage shipment plans for supply sources
