The Role
Prime Global Energies Limited is hiring a Manager General Accounting, JV & Insurance in its Finance & Control department.
•Execute all monthly closing activities in a timely and accurate manner for the accounting section •Prepare and audit local statutory accounts, USD accounts, IFRS and UK GAAP financial statements and consolidated financial statements •Ensure integrity of the general ledger for all GL accounts •Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly JV billing statements and annual JV accounts in accordance with JV agreements •Manage the insurance portfolio of the company, ensuring adequate coverage and timely lodgement of claims •Act as finance focal point for SAP requirements
